At WOW Store, we implement the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations governing the replacement and return of products.
Return & Replacement Policy
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law:
Within 14 Days:
The consumer has the right to replace or return the product and receive a refund of its value within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without incurring any expenses, subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
However, this right does not apply to certain products where the nature, characteristics, packaging, or condition of the product prevents it from being returned to its original condition.
In particular, products classified as jewelry, watches, accessories, and similar personal items may be excluded from the 14-day return right in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products – 30 Days
Within 30 Days:
The consumer has the right to replace or return the product and receive a refund of its value within 30 days of receiving it if the product has a manufacturing defect, is defective, does not conform to the advertised specifications, or is not suitable for the purpose for which it was purchased, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Important Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in the same condition in which you received it.
- Have all original tags and accessories.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.
The product must not have been damaged, altered, used, or modified after delivery for reasons attributable to the customer.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be eligible for replacement only and are not eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Manufacturing Defects
Refunds or replacements for defective products are accepted in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or when the product does not conform to the specifications advertised by WOW Store.
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if you discover any defect, damage, or discrepancy.
How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the issue. We may also request photos or videos of the product to help us evaluate the request.
Returns or replacements must be approved by WOW Store before the product is sent back. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the order value will be refunded using the same payment method used to complete the original purchase, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing procedures.
Payment Processing Fees:
In cases where a refund is approved, a bank/payment processing fee of 3% of the order value may be deducted to cover fees charged by electronic payment service providers, where applicable.
Shipping Fees:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We accept product exchanges in accordance with the applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and the conditions stated in this policy.
